‘PC World’, full of sales guys who know nothing… May 07. 031
Last night I took a visit to ‘PC World’, full of sales guys who know nothing about the product and just want to sell you a service plan.
Anyhow, I/We (My wife and I) ended up buying a cheapy Logitech webcam amonst other things, I have to say this has to be the most fun you can have for such a small amount of cash. Well worth the spend.

Well you obviously are generalising. I am one of those sales people and I would like to think I know a lot about the products I sell.
On the other hand it is impossible to know everything about everything about what we sell. Stock changes every day and we sell thousands of different things.
Our product support does no suit everyone, but in a lot of cases people do have need of it, hence the reason we sell it.
My qualifications:
Computer Science Degree student,
Part time IT Consultant,
Apple Product Professional,
National Diploma in IT,
First Diploma in IT,
and have GCSE in I.T
So yes I am obviously someone who “who know nothing about the product”. Not everyone is perfect and knows 100% of everything.
