Via ‘The List’ I heard of a promotion which a UK website is running whereby they will credit you with 12 free iTunes tracks for signing up for a free account with them. Basically this is a huge freebie, so here’s how to bag your credits…
- Browse Google Groups for a promotion code (I used DIYTUNES).
- Visit Shopfar and create an account.
- Eneter your promotional code at the bottom of the registration page.
- Go to the ‘My Account’ page, click ‘Redeem song credit for iTunes song codes’.
- Open iTunes and from the Music Store select ‘Account > Redeem’ to redeem your song codes.
You’re done. Enjoy your credits!

Yep, I can also confirm this works exactly as advertised. I got 48 free tracks.
And if like me you did use a real email address then at the bottom of the sign up email you get are instructions for how to cancel your account. Double Yay!
I heard they’re checking against the IP address when you register, so if you’re lucky enough to have more than one, you could bag a whole bunch of tracks.

They don’t require you to receive email to the address you give, so it can be a throw-away account, or even a made up one.

Same as the person above. I can’t seem to find the place to enter the code. I don’ know if I’m been stupid but could someone please get back to me.
